The conclusion that the citizens of a nation can be easily fooled was proven by the Nazis on the German people and led to World War II. The first axiom of war is to persuade the people that there is an immanent threat to their safety. Through the millennia, the way to start a war is to create a threat to the peoples’ security. Before a country is willing to wage war, the first question the people must ask and answer is, “who are the real terrorists? who is the threat?” Henry Kissinger provides insight when he spoke to the designers of our world (the Bilderbergs) in Evian France in 1991 about the future.

This proposal by the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1962 was a plan to justify U.S. military intervention in Cuba. It called for: the assassination of Cuban émigrés, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, hijacking planes, blowing up a U.S. ship, and even orchestrating violent terrorism in U.S. cities including blowing up shopping centers. Castro would be blamed . The plans were developed as means to trick the American public and the international community into supporting a war to oust Fidel Castro from power.

This project is still ongoing and was first revealed by Italian Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti in 1991. Gladio, from the Latin “sword”, is protected and hidden to this day by its founding patrons, the CIA and the UK’s MI6. Yet parliamentary investigations in Italy, Switzerland and Belgium have exposed enough of the truth to show that terrorist attacks by a government on its own people, is possible, probable and ongoing. These attacks have been gathered in a book, “NATO’s Secret Armies: Operation Gladio and Terrorism in Western Europe,” by Daniele Ganser.
The Pentagon
In the Pentagon document, Field Manual FM 30-31B, the world can see the way the Pentagon thinks on such matters as using terrorism to gain control of the minds of the citizenry. The document details the methodology for launching terrorist attacks in nations that “do not react with sufficient effectiveness” against “communist subversion.” The manual states that the most dangerous moment comes when leftist groups “renounce the use of force” and embrace the democratic process. It is then that “U.S. army intelligence must have the means of launching special operations which will convince Host Country Governments and public opinion of the reality of the insurgent danger.”
In Iraq the Pentagon has launched a similar plan through a new militant group, “Saraya Iraqna,” a pro-occupation death squad that has began offering up to $50,000 USD for insurgent scalps, according to the Iraqi paper Al Ittihad. The group states, “Our activity will not be selective,” meaning anyone they consider an enemy of the state will be fair game. Does this include mosques and markets?
The majority of the candidates that were elected to the Iraqi national congress support a speedy end to the American occupation. But now the shift toward high-profile civilian slaughter and the labeling of the terrorist acts as a Civil War has strengthened the “urgent need” for U.S. forces to remain on the scene indefinitely to provide security.
Cui bono? Who benefits? Whose powers and policies are enhanced by these attacks? It is indisputable that the “strategy of tension” means power and profit for those who claim to possess the key to “security.” From the halls of Europe to the banks of the Potomac, this cynical strategy is the ruling ideology of our times. The citizens of the world must be made aware of synthetic, self induced terrorism, and the people must end this policy before it ends us.
Will the people of the world allow the War On Terror to spread? This war is not winnable and it will only create hell on Earth. If the US or Israel attacks Syria and Iran it is entirely possible for oil to surge to $150 a barrel and the world will erupt into chaos. The creed for the designers of our world is “Order From Chaos”. They create the chaos and give us their New World Order, run by their World Government, controlled by their new global currency.

After supplying Iran with the technology to create advanced weapons, these same nations are accusing Iran of wanting to create weapons. This is lunacy, not reason for war.
